Recent Project: 22m2 Easigrass Knightsbridge front garden transformed. Indian Sandstone Paving South Shields
Another beautifully finished front lawn with the added extra done by our partners. A beautiful Indian Sandstone paved area. Well prepared subbase followed by the stone even the drain cover is expertly hidden
Our installers started by digging out the whole area to the desired depth. Everything thing we dig out is taken away by us, so no skip needed for the neighbours to help fill.
An excellent geotextile weed barrier is next on the list so no weeds or anything else can find its way through the new artificial lawn. A timber frame is then installed for the lawn to be pinned to.
Crushed stone dolomite is the next requirement and compacted into place. We then use granite dust to create the final layer for the subbase, which is screeded and packed into the area using our easi-whacker plate.
Next, the installers cut and shape the new artificial grass which comes from our range of 5 Kinds of grass with this customer choosing the thick, lush Kensington option.
The new grass is laid onto the sub base and fixed to the timber frame and as you can see. The grass then gets an even helping of kiln-dried sand which is brushed deep into the pile using a mechanical brush.
The whole area, new lawn, paving and surrounding paths are cleaned, leaving a nice clean outside space for the neighbours to admire with envy. The retired couple can now be invited to see their new Easigrass lawn.
No more mud, no more mess and even better no more dragging the lawnmower through the house.
It too can be put into retirement: happy customer and a great team effort transforming this front garden.
